Ancient Warfare is a minimalistic low poly ancient war game for Ludumdare 36 'Ancient Technology'. You take control of a knight with sword and shield and try to kill all the red guys. Competed in Ludum Dare 36, a game making competition where I was given 48 hours or less to make a game. This was my first time creating a game for Ludum Dare and I finished it with a couple of. Story
An evil monster has invaded your village, razed homes and burned everything down! Your fellow villagers have charged you, the local hero, Sam, with the mission of eliminating this evil monster, Josèphe Kafka, and his minions! Take your trusty crossbow with you as you enter his lair to complete your mission and save your village from his reign of terror! Be careful of his obsequious guards and archers and the smog from the constant burning!

About
Inspired by some recent hazy events in my country (brownie points if you manage to get the references) and Warren Robinett's classic Adventure, I decided to make a similar maze action-adventure game for my first Ludum Dare. I had a blast! Dazzled mac os.
Crossbow Assassin was made in GameMaker: Studio, Bxfr, Bosca Ceoil, coffee, pen and paper and music that's 130bpm or faster.

This point-and-click adventure sidescroller is made by me alone in 48 hours for the Ludum Dare 36 Compo. It is completed and has an ending but no music (didn't have time left). The sounds are a bit laggy because of an engine bug back then (except for the linux version which I reexported since it got fixed).

Ludum Dare Jam
Hmm you are right. Doesn't work for me too. That's weird. I guess it is caused by Windows (which I developed on back then) not zipping properly. It worked on windows if I remember correctly.
Anyway, I'll upload a new one if you want to try again.
I found your game through Godot forum, and tried the Linux version, but I couldn't even unzip it. Tower walls mac os. The game inside might run, I couldn't test it.
